  • All orders will go out within a week! I usually pack orders once a week.

    It’s just me running the shop, so thank you for your patience!

  • Orders are shipped from the USA. After receiving your “shipped” status email, please allow 1-2 weeks if you are ordering from the USA, 2-3 weeks if you are ordering from Canada, or up to 3 months if you are ordering international depending where you live. So sorry that it’s not quicker.

    If you’ve waited longer than the above wait times and you believe your order is missing, please reach out via email and I’ll do my best to help make it right.

  • Please check your junk folder! Sometimes they get stuck there. If it’s still missing, you can email me and I will try to find it for you!

  • Sorry, no — please be mindful when placing an order. I put a lot of effort into making each item and packing up every single order with care. I don’t allow cancellations, exchanges, or returns. Thank you for understanding!

  • If your order was damaged in transit, please let me know via email and I will try to work out a solution with you. I do everything I can to pack all of my orders carefully, but unfortunately, once I ship off orders they are out of my control.

    If it has been longer than the shipping times listed above (see: “when will my order arrive?” question) and you believe your package is missing, you can reach out to me via email and we can try to sort something out. Missing packages usually make their way back to me.

  • So sorry! Sometimes I can make mistakes while packing, please send me an email and I’ll be sure to ship out your missing items as soon as I can.
